"This review is intended primarily to thank the staff at this clinic for the lovely relaxing 'time out from the world' they provided on my first and second (today) appointments with them. Tori on reception( and countless other duties!) and the very talented Anna Marie ( my therapist) made me feel so welcome and comfortable during my treatments.

Two weeks ago I attended the clinic for botox treatment. I'm almost 64 years old & had been through several traumatic events this year with loved ones and my face told the story. I was regularly being asked if I was 'cross' about something or 'anxious' about something even when I wasn't feeling like that at all. I am not someone who was ever really able to treat myself to this kind of self care but I was desperate for my face to reflect what I was feeling inside more accurately.

Anna Marie was my therapist and she was instantly reassuring and could not have been more helpful. She immediately understood what I needed and inspired me with the confidence that someone who is really experienced and really knows their craft can inspire. I knew I could just relax and trust her professionalism. She gave me a ' brow lift'. I didn't know such a thing was possible but I'm so delighted with it. I no longer have a consistent frown!

Today I returned for a follow up on the botox and fillers (because my poor face had a kind of landslide look to it). This was my second visit, so, instead of a modicum of anxiety, I knew the kind of care I was going to receive and I was delighted to be back.

I had such a lovely time. Anna Marie asked what kind of music I enjoyed and that set the tone.

I relaxed into the chair and listened to my sons favourite dance tune, followed by the Rag n Bone Man & then a little Roxy Music. Bliss. Anna Marie worked away taking so much care & consideration and she is, in my opinion, an absolute artist. I was in the chair for about an hour - it takes time to fix a landslide - she consulted me throughout but I trusted her competence completely and I was right to do so.

I am, as you can probably tell, so happy with the result of her labour. I feel 20 years younger; in fact, I feel like myself again and there's nobody more surprised than me.

Importantly, Anna Marie began any treatment giving me all the information I would need to make informed decisions - what to expect, potential bad outcomes, what to do if I have concerns and how the clinic will do whatever is needed to solve any issues. I felt reassured and confident in their care and I am really looking forward to going back. In Anna Marie I feel like I've found a jewel.

I have never had the opportunity to experience this kind of self care and it wasn't a vanity project for me - it was I don't want to greet the world every day with a cross/sad face! However, it's given me back some of what I lost this year. I had fun today in that chair with Anna Marie & the Rag n Bone Man & the wonderful Bryan Ferry and I went out into the world feeling better about my face and myself. To any woman who feels too old to benefit from this kind of self care but really would like to, I could not be more appreciative of the care I received at this clinic and I could not recommend Anna Marie and the rest of the team more highly.
